People getting paid too much?

Yesterday, kathy was supposed to meet with me at my apartment to discuss moving to New York and she wanted to talk about jem (don't ask me what or why). However, she text-messaged me telling me she had some "complications".. So, let me get this right.. She basically gets paid to get massages because the one time this year that I actually want to meet with her, she can't even make it on time. I remember my grandma telling me once that she was looking at how much my trust paid people and she claimed that my trust paid kathy a lot of money and my grandma was wondering if she earned it, she told me to have kathy do more for me.
